CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – LATIN PARTY BOXES, CATERING & EVENTS
Latin Party Boxes & Catering Orders
At Big Latin Flavours, we work with fresh ingredients and dedicate time and passion to every order.
For that reason, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
⚘ Full refund available if cancellation is made with at least 48 hours notice.
⚘ Credit note available if cancellation is made with at least 24 hours notice.
⚘ Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
For catering or party box orders of $400 or more, we kindly require at least 3 days notice for cancellations or significant changes. Otherwise, the full original amount will be charged.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP POLICY
Pick-up is available by appointment from our Brisbane kitchen at 773 Stanley Street, Woolloongabba.
Delivery can be arranged on request — you can organise your own courier or we can help coordinate one with at least 72 hours’ notice (delivery fees apply).
Once your order leaves our kitchen or is collected by your courier, responsibility transfers to the client.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – CATERING EVENTS
Once your event booking is confirmed, your date and time are secured exclusively for you. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:
⚘ Full refund minus a $150 non-refundable deposit if cancelled more than 4 weeks before the event.
⚘ 50% deposit forfeited if cancelled between 2 to 4 weeks before the event.
⚘ Full booking cost forfeited if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date.
Date changes are treated as a new booking and subject to availability and the same policy.
If circumstances beyond our control arise, Big Latin Flavours will be released from any obligations under this agreement without penalty.

PAYMENT & BOOKING CONFIRMATION
⚘ Latin Party Boxes and Catering: Full payment is required prior to delivery or pick-up.
⚘ Event Catering: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
⚘ Final payment is required 1 weeks prior to your event date.
⚘ Bookings are not secured until the deposit is received.

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS
If any Big Latin Flavours equipment (such as platters, boards, bowls, serving tools, or props) is damaged, lost, or stolen during your event, replacement fees at full cost will apply.
Collection of goods will be scheduled in advance.
